VIPSUTV-1047 Editing observations belonging to timeseries

Lene Wasskog requested to merge feature/vipsutv-1047-timeseries into develop

Culture, pest and location should not be editable for observations belonging to time series. I remove the original input fields for these values for all such observations, and ensure that they are still submitted with the form via hidden input fields.
