Rysto supplementary code

This repository contains supplementary code and intermediary files for the submitted manuscript "Diversity of the Rysto gene conferring resistance to potato virus Y in wild relatives of potato" by Paluchowska et al.

Raw data deposited in the SRA was demultiplexed using Lima (see lima_command.txt) and ASVs were determined from the resulting files using the script in "Dada2_pipeline_var_PacBio_v4-3.Rmd". The resulting ASVs and sequence table are found in the folder "DADA2 output".
